Piemonte - Valle d’Aosta; with vast valley’s of grain, soft rolling hills of vineyards and mountains of grazing pastures; this is Piemonte with old fashion cooking rich with simple flavors and pleasing aromas. The Valle d’Aosta responds to an Alpine region offering a large selection in products such as; cheese, wild game, meat and lake trout. Specialities were created and introduced to the King Emanuele Filiberto of Savoy that lived in this region. Therefore, the wines were noble by origin and tradition.
