Do you remember your first trip to Italy and what you loved the most???

Let me bring those same emotions to your home while sharing with you traditional and authentic recipes from all the Italian Regions...

Buongiorno... my name is Caren Peyton and I am passionate about Italian cuisine after living and working for 30 years in Italy. I had the wonderful opportunity to learn Italian cooking secrets taught to me in the homes of Italian mothers and grandmothers, from most of the major cities and locals living in the countryside villages and mountains; secrets that have been in the family for centuries. And now I want to share this with you in your home. 

 In 1979 I moved to Europe with a contract to be an International model of which I had a top career until 1990, it was then, I discovered the world of cooking. All the dishes that I tasted in homes and restaurants, I would then prepare for my Italian guests for dinner parties. I was known amongst my friends and acquaintances in Milano for my cooking and my parties. 

In 1990 I started a Public Relation Company; Top Choice. I had an eye for organizing conventions, food and special events.

 

In 1994, I owned an International Real Estate Company in the heart of Milano and I was specialized in locating properties for Fashion Designers and Multinational Companies.  It was in those years, I socialized and cooked for friends in order to Network my business. I never stopped learning the hidden secrets of Italian cuisine.

 

In 2004, I decided to sell My Real Estate Company and move to Piemonte in the Monferrato wine country to open a restaurant (www.nonsolocrudo.com).  My partner was a man who had been in the restaurant business for 20 years, born and raised on a Italian farm. He taught me the culture of food and wine. I lived that dream 7 days a week 16 hours a day. The restaurant offered traditional farm fresh homemade recipes that go back hundreds of years ... So simple and healthy. We were also written up in all the critic guides, which is an honor and credibility that moves you forward in the business. As an owner my responsibilities were; Health and Safety for the employees {HACCP 24 hour course}, Coordinator/Director- creating menu’s, shopping, coordinating special catering events , solution maker and often assisting the Chef in preparation.  

In 2009, I moved back to the States for family matters. In 2010, I have taken my Arizona Food Server Certificate, Arizona Liquor Law & Alcohol Title 4, Alliance Beverage Distributing Company 6hr Alcohol, Beer and Wine training and a CPR and AED Certificate. I have opened my company; Peyton International, LLC which is fully insured with a wholesale license.
