Let me bring Italian cooking classes to your home while learning to cook authentic recipes and tasting Italian wines...
- Share the fun with friends or family while assisting the Chef, "Hands on in the kitchen".
- Learn how to cook and prepare 3 dishes; Antipasto, Primo and Dolce
- Menu chosen by the host of the home
- The host of the party is treated to the event for free
- Three wines will be selected to follow the three dishes of the event
- The duration of the course is 3 hours long
- Guest packets will be given with personalized chef hats/aprons and recipes
- The cost is $50 to $65 per guest depending on the menu and wine selected
- My duties are: To prepare the guest packets, send out email evite invitations
to your guests for the event with RSVP, buy the groceries and the wine, pre- prepare the selected food products by washing and pre-measuring before the class begins, in order to glide the class through the teaching without minor
detail, Set and prepare the table or tables for dining, Set up the various
service stations for cooking with the proper tools,open the evening with a presentation on the food and the wine that will be served, conduct the class
and clean up the kitchen.
