I will come to your home for a  free consultation to determine your needs, preferences, and constraints. I will review my menu offerings and you will select the 4 course menu and the wine varietal and the date of the occassion. I will do the grocery shopping buying products from highly selected produce and meat stores and prepare the meal in your home. This includes preparing the table, serving and cleaning up.
